Key Terms

01

Information, not personal advice

Farrsal content is for general information and education, not individualized financial recommendations.

02

Calculators provide estimates

Results depend on user inputs and assumptions and may differ from real-world outcomes.

03

Use the service responsibly

Content and services must not be abused, disrupted, mass-copied, or used for unlawful activity.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Farrsal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Farrsal Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Farrsal site or services.

If you do not have legal capacity to accept these terms, you may use Farrsal only with the permission and supervision of a responsible parent or guardian.

2. Scope of the Service

Farrsal provides economic and market news, educational articles, analysis, data explanations, financial calculators, and other digital features that may change over time.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service without an obligation to maintain a particular feature permanently.

Some features may have additional terms. Where they conflict, feature-specific terms apply to that feature.

3. Information and Education, Not Professional Advice

All Farrsal content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute financial, investment, trading, accounting, tax, legal, or other professional advice.

Farrsal does not know your financial circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, obligations, or personal needs. Content must not be treated as a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or avoid a particular asset, product, or strategy.

You are responsible for conducting independent research, verifying information, considering risk, and consulting a qualified professional where appropriate before making a decision.

Financial decisions remain the user’s responsibility.

4. News, Market Data, and Information Accuracy

We aim to present information accurately, clearly, and in context. However, news, market data, prices, statistics, estimates, quotations, and third-party information may change, be delayed, be incomplete, or contain errors.

Market information may be delayed and must not be treated as real-time trading data unless expressly stated.

Publication dates, update dates, source context, and market conditions should be considered before information is used.

Farrsal may correct, update, annotate, or remove content when errors, material changes, rights issues, or other editorial reasons arise.

5. Calculators and Simulations

Farrsal calculators generate estimates from the figures, rates, periods, and assumptions you enter. Results are not guarantees, offers, credit approvals, official projections, or outcomes that are certain to occur.

Real outcomes may be affected by taxes, fees, inflation, changing interest rates, volatility, rounding, transaction timing, regulation, contract terms, and personal circumstances not included in a calculator.

You must review the formula, assumptions, units, currency, and inputs before relying on a result for planning.

Do not enter account numbers, card numbers, credentials, full identity details, or other confidential information into calculator fields.

Calculators are planning aids, not substitutes for professional evaluation.

6. Permitted Use

Farrsal is provided for lawful personal, educational, research, and reference use.

You may share links to Farrsal pages and quote brief portions for reasonable purposes when Farrsal is identified as the source and the original meaning is not distorted.

This permission does not transfer ownership of Farrsal content, design, trademarks, code, databases, or assets.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not use Farrsal in a way that is unlawful, harms the service, interferes with other users, or unfairly exploits the system.

Unauthorized access or disruption

Attempting to bypass security, access restricted areas, introduce malware, conduct attacks, overload services, or interfere with networks.

Excessive data extraction

Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, automated archiving, or database extraction without written permission, except ordinary search engines acting under applicable standards.

Copying and impersonation

Substantially republishing content, removing attribution, impersonating Farrsal, or falsely suggesting Farrsal endorsement without permission.

Advertising and analytics manipulation

Generating artificial clicks, impressions, visits, or interactions; encouraging improper clicks; or attempting to manipulate advertising or analytics measurements.

Harmful or misleading activity

Using content or services for fraud, market manipulation, rights violations, misinformation, or any other unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Farrsal’s design, brand identity, structure, original editorial text, illustrations, graphics, code, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Farrsal and protected by applicable law.

The Farrsal name, logo, and visual identity may not be used to imply affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or official source status without written permission.

Third-party material remains the property of its respective rights holder and is used under permission, license, attribution, permitted use, or another relevant legal basis.

9. Messages, Corrections, and User Submissions

If you send messages, corrections, suggestions, or materials to Farrsal, you represent that you have the right to submit them and that they do not violate law or third-party rights.

You retain rights in your original material. You grant Farrsal a non-exclusive permission to use, review, store, reproduce, and adapt it as needed to respond, correct content, address a report, or improve the service.

Do not send sensitive or confidential information that is unnecessary for your request.

10. Third-Party Sources, Links, and Services

Farrsal may include third-party links, quotations, data, embeds, images, or services. Their inclusion does not necessarily mean Farrsal endorses, guarantees, or controls the third party.

Third-party sites and services have their own terms, privacy policies, security, availability, and practices. You are responsible for reviewing them before use.

To the extent permitted by law, Farrsal is not responsible for transactions, losses, content, changes, or actions occurring through third-party services.

11. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Commercial Links

Farrsal may display advertising, affiliate links, or sponsored content. Where applicable, commercial relationships will be disclosed in a reasonable manner.

The presence of an advertisement or commercial link does not mean Farrsal guarantees the quality, safety, legality, performance, or suitability of the advertised product or service.

Your interaction or transaction with an advertiser is between you and the relevant party. You are responsible for reviewing pricing, terms, risks, and policies.

Editorial content does not automatically become a recommendation merely because an advertisement appears on the same page.

12. Availability, Maintenance, and Service Changes

We aim to keep Farrsal available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, or universally compatible access.

Access may be disrupted by maintenance, updates, provider failures, attacks, disasters, legal changes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may change the design, structure, URLs, features, technical requirements, and service content without advance notice where necessary.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Farrsal and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no express or implied warranty regarding completeness, accuracy, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or results obtained from using the service.

Nothing on Farrsal creates an adviser-client, fiduciary, broker, banking, accounting, legal, or similar professional relationship.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Farrsal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; lost profits; lost opportunities; lost data; trading losses; or losses arising from decisions based on content or calculators.

Farrsal is not responsible for price movements, investment decisions, credit rejection, tax liability, third-party conduct, service disruption, or reliance on unverified information.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

15. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your devices, connection, third-party account security, calculator inputs, interpretation of results, and decisions you make.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses directly resulting from your deliberate breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or violation of another party’s rights.

16. Access Restrictions and Termination

We may limit, block, or terminate access to some or all services where we reasonably believe there is a terms violation, security threat, abuse, legal obligation, or risk to Farrsal or other users.

Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law—remain effective after access ends.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without overriding mandatory consumer rights or other protections that apply by law.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith communication.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, a dispute may be submitted to a competent forum or court under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in services, risks, technology, operating models, or legal requirements.

The “Last updated” date will change when a revision is published. Material changes may be accompanied by an additional notice where appropriate.

Continued use of Farrsal after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.

19. General Provisions

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the greatest extent possible.

A failure by Farrsal to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and applicable feature-specific terms form the entire agreement regarding use of Farrsal.

20. Contact Farrsal

For questions, violation reports, rights claims, corrections, or concerns about these Terms of Use, use the Farrsal Contact page and provide enough information for the request to be reviewed.
