Itaú BBA characterized the quarter as neutral, noting that modest volume growth reflected milder temperatures this year and that the results do not alter the privatization thesis. The bank highlighted that manageable expenses rose below inflation, a positive signal for the post-privatization transition phase. XP Investimentos calculated that adjusted EBITDA came in 5% below its estimate, though it noted that excluding unbilled revenue adjustments, revenue was in line with expectations.

First-half investments reached R$1.476 billion, nearly double the Q1 pace.
